Whine for me!

I aint mad at ya. BUT I was raised with some of the best 'dissers' in the planet. JD, GM, LV and BC were some of the best. In High School we were to be feared. Three of us were chunky and the other was just quick witted. We could dis you to your face and you wouldn't even know it.
Fast forward 20 years. When I see folks that remind me of actors or actresses or various cartoon characters I have learned to keep my mouth shut. You see this come with maturing.

Melman

I now have a teenage daughter. She has teenage friends. Many who think they are the funniest and slickest. One in particular the moment I met him reminded me of the giraffe from the movie Madagascar. Anyway I never said anything to anyone, he is an immature High School student who is confused about his sexuality and has the English skills of a second languager, and mocks others who dont roll their 'r's the eh-spanish way. Last night my kid, Melman and another were talking. Then Melman looks at me and says, you know the dad on Family Guy. I said no I dont watch it. Im thinking whats this punk getting at? Then I said why? He then looks at his friend, they both smile and giggle, his friend shakes his head as if Melman is the master. Then Melman says, oh just wondering, Family Guy is the theme of our prom this year. I thought this kid just dissed me. WTsheesh? This giraffe lookin, Madagascar Melman actin, Charo 'coochy coochy' sounding punk was trying to diss me? Now go home and cry like a giiiiirl!
So what come around goes around or at least tries to. This is my whine for the today.

You can't live anywhere in the Americas and not know the plight of the 33 men trapped thousands of feet beneath the earth in a mine that collapsed and trapped them. This was in San Jose, Chile. A terrible terrible nightmare. Thanks be to God and his great mercy all 33 men survived. Now how do we get them home?
Back in August the San Jose Mine Co said we wont be able to get them out before Christmas. The two men in the photo above looked at each other and said we could get them out quicker. Call it 'mother necessity' or American Ingenuity or the drive to be the best in the business. Whatever it was that drives this little small business that has been in existence for a little over 10 years. Somehow they got ahold of the mining company in Chile and said we can help let us help you and sent to them the parts and pieces (of which I dont have a clue, big heavy mining things) needed to get these guys out. And  sure enough their equipment brought those men home 2-1/2 months earlier. It makes me proud that US Americans did this on thier own with no government aid required. Another American Company to be recognized is Oakley. This So Cal founded company provided the sunglasses used by the survivors. In a new story I heard this morning criticized Oakley for using this as promotional/commercial purposes and not the heart warming story that is seems. Whiners at ole KNTV channel 11 morning news, Ill be moving over to Channel 2 from now on. These men needed eye protection, someone in HR must of contacted several eyeglass companies to make sure these mens eyes would be protected from the sun as their eyes needed time to adjust. To me it seems Oakley stepped up and donated these glasses. These are glasses I would never buy, 450 dollars a pair, wow!! At least they sent their best and not the cheapest ones, if you can use the word cheap when it comes to Oakley. Today I where my Oakleys and the next pair of sunglasses I buy...will be Oakleys. Cheers to Oakleys. BTW I personally know that Oakley gives to all sorts of Non profits! City Team Ministries (a ministry/ mission outreach to feed and clothe and house the homeless, and homeless families of Portland, San Jose, San Francisco, Oakland and Philadelphia) for one! ELECTION season is upon us. OH MY!!!
Below are some of the things I will not vote for.

What a group of whiners we have. Whiners and liars. I wont vote for a whiner no matter what the party is. I will vote for lower taxes and less government. I wont vote for a baby killer. I wont vote for anyone who wants to take more of my had earned money. I wont vote for anyone who has twisted history or the truth. I wont vote for anyone who has apologized for our country. I wont vote for anyone who does not support our troops. I wont vote for anyone who bows to a foreign leader. I wont vote for anyone who wants to bankrupt society by giving huge pensions that we cannot afford to pay. I wont vote for anyone that supports shariah law or supports the mosque at ground zero. I wont vote for anyone who supported Obummer Care. I wont vote for anyone that says conservatives need to see a shrink. Or that we are the enemy of the US or that conservatives want to take us backward. If your a RINO (republican in name only) i wont vote for you. I will never vote for the party of slavery. Wont vote for a liberal. I wont vote for a party that encourages blocking voters from voting. I wont support a candidate that believes in the Global Warming Scam! I wont vote for anyone that has been financially supported by terrorists. I wont vote to legalize marijuana. I wont vote to make it easier for politicians to raise my taxes. Any candidate supported by "Free Willy" Clinton, I will not vote for.

The whines of the election unfortunately would take up most of my time so I wont be able to post them. From Jerry Browns wife calling his opponant a whore, class act that one. To the liberals fronting a fake tea party candidate in NV. To the RINOs not supporting their party! To the ODonnel having to say she isnt a witch, what is this the 1600s? Some just cant come up with anything new. Just under three weeks till Nov 2. Its gonna be wild. If you pray, start, or keep going!

Cheers Im 40!

The big 40.
Just under a half hour ago I turned 40 years old. I have gone around the sun 40 times. I was feeling a little down about it, but I got over it. Im gonna be 40 whether Im happy about it or not. So I have chosen to enjoy it. I told my kid, Im gonna go from 39 to 41 and skip this year. She laughed and has been telling everyone what i said.
Last night my goodest freind sent me a birthday text. Nice as he never remembers anything.
Then this AM I was awakened by my wife jumping on the bed telling me Happy Birthday. What a Great way to wake up. The puppies both quickly pee'd, ate, and them promptly pooped, I know they did that for my Birthday, Good Potty boys! Toast was served to me with a smile and two cards, one from my wife and one from my daughter. What a blessed man I am. These two ladies in my life know how to express themselves in a card. Thanks SO much. I love you both.
When I got to work I opened my facebook. There were greetings there for my birthday as well. One in particular meant a lot to me. My good covenant brother. (if you ever have one your covenant will be tested and tried) anyways he left for me "The steps of a man are established by the LORD, & He delights in his way. When he falls, he will not be hurled headlong. Because the LORD is the One who hold his hand. I have been young, & now I am old, yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken or his descendants begging bread. All day long he is gracious & lends, & his descendants are a blessing. Ps 37:23-26 What a blessing to read that today, especially from him. Thanks Loved One!
A friend of ours is a Messianic Rabbi. He spoke to me Sunday about being 40. He said that is a very special age. Its a sign that you are entering into your promised land. You have been in exile, you have lost your way, you have come back and overcome the enemy in your life. Now God is crossing you over to your Promised Land. There are cities to be taken. Walls to come down, and giants to face. BUT do not fear for you are IN your promised land!
This week the scripture Deut. 28:13 "...the Lord will always make you the head and not the tail, and you will always be on top and never at the bottom."

So here's to 40! CHEERS!!!!!

Whine on Prop 8 desicion

This is Judge Vaughan Walker. He decided today that the majority of the people of the State of CA were 'unconstitutional'. (by the way CA has voted on this twice and it has passed twice) Should this man of recused himself, being a gay man himself. A man who cannot marry his partner. Could he really look at this objectively? I personally don't think so. He is personally connected to this issue and when he lies down at night he knows who he is and he knew the day Prop 8 passed that he was against it. Shame on you Judge Walker for using your earned position to pass your liberal gay agenda. Here is another judge thinking he knows better than the majority. Should gays have the rights everyone else does? Sure. But gays being married is not a right it is unnatural. They can be together even have civil unions, can change their names. But marriage unfortunately for them is unnatural. As normal as they try sorry you cant pro-create. (period) That's a hard thing to say, but that is how it is. BUT this whine is about this Judge. Off the the supreme court this will go. Will Judge Walker sleep well tonight...I bet he will. (WHINE)

We here Cheerwhine want to extend this Cheer to you Miss Molly. Good golly! Who would of thought that speaking the truth and outing a sexual devieant would so backfire on you! I hate the phrase WTF. But really what the heck is going on here?
Of course we know what is going on here. Covering things up. Mr Grope, I mean Gore is respected world wide, he is the Snake Oil Salesman, I mean savior of the world when it comes to 'Glogal Warming' Now we know it is not only his bank account getting warm, but other things do too when he gets rubbed on. Ewww, bad image.. puppies, ice cream, Meg Ryan....whew had to get that image out as fast as i could.
Cheers to anyone that had to fight the strong man and dare to tell what happened after being abused. Victims of abuse usually don't have the courage to expose their assaulter. And to all out there NO means NO. Molly did and I for one am proud of her. Do I care that she had to go to the Examiner? Not really cause I'm sure none of the Leftest Media would even touch it. (I wouldn't want to touch it either) Eww. Someone close to her told her, "just suck it up otherwise the world will be destroyed with global warming.'
What will come of this. I don't know. We may never know, but she does have the crusty pants. Like anyone who commits a crime I hope she gets her justice and that He will too!

Elian Cheer or Whine?

Some remember this kid. His mother risked their lives for a chance of a better life in the U.S. Unfortunately she drowned on the trip here as did many of the other relatives. Why would these people want to leave Cuba? Ill tell you why the same reason the Van Trapp Family left Nazi Austria, or countless numbers of athletes from communist countries defected during the 'cold war'. Maybe the same reason so many folks tried to dig, crawl, even try to balloon over the Berlin wall. They all wanted a chance to be free. FREEDOM!!! Freedom to succeed or to fail. But the chance to do what you want to do with your life. This lady has been criticized for trying to give her son a better life. And died trying.
We know the rest of the story. Clinton's goons came and bombarded his families home as if they were drug lords or mafia members. Their argument was he needs to be with his father. Why did the mother leave the father anyway. We have all seen the photos of him in his commie youth uniform.

Im sure his mother is turning in her watery grave. The commies are smart tho. He has become a hero in his country. Him and his dad are leaders now in the government.

He basically has all he would ever want to have. He will never see the true commie way. He will never lack. He wont be like the others in his country who still drive 1950s cars, or go to filthy overly crowded hospitals. He and his dad are not part of the elite. Of course he wont ever want to come back or leave Cuba.Its Utopia. But for his mom and the majority of the Cuban nation. They are all equal. Equally poor, with all the 'privileges' an individual in a communist country gets.
I hope someday Elian knows the truth and will respect his mother for giving her life to try and give her son a life of freedom. Unfortunately he probably never will.

I wonder why he feels he can be disrespectful to a group of people. People in his own district. Did he forget that he represents all even the ones who disagree with him. He could of given a truthful answer, but instead he decides to talk down, disrespects, tries to be funny, he passive aggressively gives his response. He has become an old fool. He needs to step down, retire, or resign.
If you research this guy you will see how much of and elitist, a separatist, out of touch, snob this guy is. And the fool he has made of himself over the years. Is this the type of folks that represent us. I now believe these folks don't read these bills cause they probably don't even know or understand what they say.
He has a history of degrading his constituents, or anyone who may not agree with him. Top notch. He brings a bad stigma to the Democratic party. Maybe he feels he is the party's mascot because this man is definitely a big Donkey. HEE HAWWWWWWWWW. Whine!

A senator dies...

Cheers to the longest living Senator, I guess even the devil didn'g want this guy.

But the cheers stop there. This man represents a two faced typical Southern Democrat politician that will flip flop on a belief just to get what he wants. (ie see the "prolife" senators who gave up babies for Obamacare, but I digress).
It is publicly known that he was an ex-KKK (Klu Klux Klan) member. Did he have a religious moment to see the transgressions of his sins? He is also known for avoiding fighting in WW2 by saying “I shall never fight in the armed forces with a Negro by my side... Rather I should die a thousand times, and see Old Glory trampled in the dirt never to rise again, than to see this beloved land of ours become degraded by race mongrels, a throwback to the blackest specimen from the wilds.” — Robert C. Byrd, in a letter to Sen. Theodore Bilbo (D-MS), 1944, REALLY?!? how did this guy survive politics. He was a chameleon. Oh and he was part of the party of hope and change and honor. He is known for voting against the 1964 Civil Rights Act, of course to survive politically he had to call that vote a mistake.
To be fair he did make this quote in his book (2005) "I know now I was wrong. Intolerance had no place in America. I apologized a thousand times ... and I don't mind apologizing over and over again. I can't erase what happened." Did he change cause he really felt that way or did he change to stay in office. We may never know the real Byrd. Only God knows that. I hope at some point in this interesting individuals life he made his peace with God.
Our President is quoted as saying about Byrd yesterday, "He was a voice of principle and reason (note see quote above), an institution inside an institution (I bet he was).
This cat was for Vietnam but against the Iraqi War.  He was against gays then for them. That's the way to be a person of principle. One thing he never wavered on but he did love to kill babies. He never voted against abortion. He even wanted to kill babies as they came out their mamas womb. (I wonder if this was for black or white babies, maybe both?)Was this the type of principle the President was talking about?
This Institution was also known as the "pork" senator (what Dem isn't) Poor VA gonna loose some the stinky pork now that their old man is gonna be replaced with a JR Senator.

Personally, I think  he should be the poster boy for term limits for Senators.
So Cheers to the man that could survive over 50 years of politics and sticking to some things and flipping i order to stick around on others. If this man is Obama's version of a man of principle, God help us.

Cheers to trying to stay alive

Mr Coch (fake name) you have one year to prove to this court that you are in deed a Christian....

Mr Coch is a man in my church who deserves and big cheer, well two actually. I know nothing a bout this man outside of a couple of months. But he shows up with his girlfriend at our church, they get married, he gets saved (gives his heart to Jesus), they become members of our church. They are a great couple, he speaks hardly any English. She speaks English very well. His visa was up and he had to go home, but how does an exMusilm return home. Return to a land that kills anyone who disagrees with the government as we have seen in the news this past year. A land which is ran by a religion that is against any other religion, and refuses to co-exist with any other religion. Mr Coch was being faced with this. Does he go back and face the possibility of being killed? Or does he go back and deny Christ in order to survive. This takes him to a court hearing.
His pastor speaks for him, he said, I know Mr Coch is a christian. Well how do you know Pastor? Was the question asked the man of the cloth. He replies, cause he has confessed Jesus as Lord and according to Romans 10:9 if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that Jesus was raised from the dead, you will be saved. He has done that. Well how do you know he has believed. The pastor replies, only truly God knows that, BUT James says our actions make our faith complete, James 2:22.

After considering this testimony of Mr Coch's pastor....Mr Coch  you have one year to prove to this court that you are in deed a Christian....
Go for it Mr Coch! Make your faith active, only your life depends on it!

Ash Wednesday WHINE

I'm a protestant, a charismatic protestant if I must label myself. I don't observe lent. Others do and they can do what they want to. HOWEVER if you do observe lent be sure you observe Resurrection Day! (otherwise known as Easter) Two very well known public figures made themselves known on TV yesterday with the ash smudge. Nancy Pelosi and Joe Biden.  Just how Catholic are these guys. They both believe in abortion (killing of innocent babies). And will they be making public appearances on Easter? Probably not and if they do observe it, it will most likely be done privately with no media attention. I read where President Kennedy would observe Ash Wednesday, but they also said he never appeared in public with the ash marks on his head.
So a big whine goes out to Biden and Pelosi as hypocrites and religious'ites' of the day.

BTW the basic meaning of the ashes, which are meant to symbolize repentance and serve as a reminder of human mortality.

Cheers to my Grandma!

This is my Grandma! She is quite a lady. She was married for over 61 years before my grandfather passed away in 2006. My grandfather took really good care of my grandmother to the point that she may of been a little spoiled. She lives in a care facility and they take good care of her too. She gets her meals there. They do her laundry and will clean up after her and make her bed if she doesn't get to it first. BUT in all of this my grandma gets lonely. She misses the day to day companionship she had with my grandfather. He would kiss her seven times before they would go to bed each night and he had a number of hugs he would give her each day too. It has been almost 4 years since my grandfather has been gone. I don't get to see my grandma to often anymore. I think I saw her twice last year. I always try and go up the week after Christmas. I took her to lunch. She usually uses one of those new walkers with the big wheels, but she didn't take it with her cause she had my arm to hold onto. During lunch she said, "I wanna tell you something but you have to keep it a secret." (Im writing this cause I know Im the only one that reads my own blog) I said sure I will keep your secret grandma whats up? She tells me hushedly..."I have a boyfriend" I was like really. She begins to tell me how they met etc. How he hugs her and kisses her. She was giddy like a teenager. They dont ever close their door rooms when they are alone she made sure I knew that. We went back to the room and she took my by this mans room and I got to meet him too. He was a cute lil old man.

So to start 2010 out and as my Grandma faces a Birthday soon #84, I needed to send out this big CHEER to her!!! Love you Grandma.

BTW it doesnt need to be a secret. We will all be happy for you!

Here it is 2010 and I have to give one last Bid Cheer to Dick Clark and his new years show. Here is Americas oldest living teenager. Yes he has had a stroke and he is harder to understand, but you gotta love this guy! And you gotta love the Ryan Seacrest for being so gracious and respectful to Dick Clark. When he got excited he was harder to understand and we all knew Ryan had no idea what he had said, BUT he being the new americas teenager, was always agreeing and never let on to us that he didnt know or that anything was wrong with he cohost. My time be kind to you Mr Seacrest! Cheers to you, and cheers to Dick Clark for being an encouragement to us all that even if life deals us a dick of unfavorable cards, we still can come out on top and celebrate LIFE.
