which was the same as last year! We get ours at Los Gatos Meats. They are the best! And do it right! The nieces and nephews are getting to be the age where they enjoy it too!

Well I dont have to go into detail here. But at least he apologized and is taking time off for reflection. Whatever that means. Whine and wine don't mix.

Even the President spoke the "truth" about the situation. CHEER!

Then later on begged the press core to just forget what he said, it was 'off' the record, and he is under a lot of pressure these days. WHINE! Buck up Bummer!

Cheer or Whine I dont know???

Ok, I saw this on the travel channel this weekend.
What is this stuff? Ground Liver, this one is called pudding but the show called it Liver Mush. They really celebrate it in certain parts of the country. It gets its own festival and everything. Some eat with mustard, or mayo and mustard. And some put grape jelly on it. It is usually fried in a pan like a hamburger. Having never tried it myself I just cant put a whine on this one, but I will leave this one open for a cheer. But to be honest, Im leaning toward the whine!

Cheers to the Jackson's for the Service they put on for their brother.
I wasn't a huge fan but I always liked his music and in a weird way his eccentric ways.
Now I don't know where he is today, heaven or hell, BUT I do know that it is not my place to judge or put him in either place. And I felt a lil shame on the so called believers on stage that had him in a certain place. Anyways this blog is not the fate of where MJ ended up. BUT it is a Cheer to the family for putting on a very somber, respectful, funeral for thier brother! Cheers Jackson family and I am sorry for your loss!

Whew what a roller coaster ride. And well should be since so many people are so passionate about this subject. BUT I have to applaud the courts decision to uphold the peoples decision to vote in Proposition 8. As goes California.... How many times have we heard that slogan, I bet we don't hear it on the events that have happened over the last several months. LOL. Its only as goes CA when its a crazy whacked out decision. I am not mad that the gays can have equal rights as a civil union. BUT marriage is a religious sanction, most gays are trying to get as far from a god as they can, BOTH the christian God and Muslim god see that lifestyle as wrong. How would a law now change their minds. I am not discussing the issue in this blog I am JUST cheering the courts for upholding and important decision the majority of the people in CA voted for.

Whines go out to you today. Now like most things I only know what I see or what 'they' are showing me. BUT if i had been scrutinized like you have been, and I cheered you for it, then you should of been above reproach and not of given them a reason. But missing over 30 contracted appointments? It sounds like you just messed up a royal opportunity. You even had old Mr T behind you and then you got to hear YOUR FIRED by him. So with much regret I now send the whine your way. Maybe I don't know the whole truth, maybe its time to move on. Go for it Ms Malibu, the new Miss California.

UPDATE: Apparently The ex Ms CA says she never missed a contracted appointment, and some of her appointments tried to make her go back on her stance, tricky Miss USA folk lead by Mr Toupe Donald. WHATEVER...whine.

Oh and I dont know what kind of man it takes to wish a 14 year old girl was a slut and a whore being with the baseball team during the 7th inning stretch...what the? I have lost all respect for you, you USED to be the funniest now you have shown the true colors of who you are. I hope no one ever wishes your son to be molested or raped. Cheers to Miss California 2009

I know this is old news, but I haven't been able to get to this. Cheers to you Ms Cali. Being in CA Im just happy you spoke what you believe. Its amazing how the "most outspoken" cant handle when the other side is as outspoken. Yeah for doing what is right, yeah for now bowing to the left side of things and speaking up on the things you know are right. Oh and tell your BF that Cheerwine loves him too. And to keep up the positive message he brings too. Cheers to the pageant for not bowing to the pressure of taking her crown away for some manifested photo shopped photos. Miss California for Governor? (smile) But seriously thank you for being a good role model and not bending under pressure.

What does a bow mean? Americans do not bow to foreign monarchs because that act signified the monarch's power OVER his subjects. SHAME ON YOU MR PRESIDENT!!!

FREEDOM OF SPEECH, just be careful how you say it. I was listening to a radio talk show here in the bay area, the hosts assistant's son had done a heroic feet.
Here is my understanding of the event and my cheers to this kid!!!
At his school, Cappuchino High School in San Mateo CA, had a 'Respect Day' and in their celebrating respect they had a Gay, Lesbian Transgendered speaker. The assembly went on and all were to attend and get out of class for this. At the end they opened up the floor for questions. This young man raised his hand and asked [my paraphrase], "I understand that we are to tolerate this lifestyle and to accept it. However I am wondering how long it will be until we need to tolerate Bestiality. WHOA. The speaker was offended and appalled and said, "GET THAT KID OUT OF HERE!!!!" He immediately was surrounded by staff and ushered out of the assembly to the principle's office, where he was immediately suspended for three days.
REALLY? This so called speaker, whom I'm sure speaks on this issue all the time. Doesn't have a rebuttal to a question like this? Instead he just wants to silence the opposing view, and pass this as a hate crime. UHH this is the US of A, if we don't like what you have to say we have a right to disagree and ask questions. If you didn't want a question asked that would confront your beliefs then dont open up the floor for questions. When the floor is opened that means its open to any question.
Well this should be interesting the family has decided to not let this just slip by, they are fighting this and to have their sons record cleared. God speed to them!
Lets give this kid a CHEER.

Hey whiners it didnt pass!

To all the folks in America. We vote and we accept the out come. Didn't like the outcome, vote again next time. This is how it works. Not if what you wanted to not pass passes you whine and complain and state that the majority is wrong. That statement right there is pretty arrogant, "the majority is wrong". Hmmm.... Anyways the gays have all the rights of a regular person, even in CA they can be legally joined. Funny that a group of people that want to prove that God is wrong and the church is wrong now want to be married in the site of God and in the church. That doesn't make any sense to me. I'm not gonna go where I'm not accepted. It doesn't even bother me that I cant fit in in some places. You cant make people accept you, and forcing churches to marry you against their beliefs isn't cool. This is America, and we have freedom of religion. That is one of the reasons we came here. Well accept for our black brothers and sisters, but we do have religious freedom, a mosque can be built next to a Synagogue. I can share my faith with anyone I please or don't please, and you don't have to listen or you can listen.
So for the losers out there, be of good cheer we vote again in a couple of years. That is how our system works. If we change the process for one group of people then we have defeated our own system.
Please stop the whining.

Cheers for the Oscars - mostly

Last night was a great night. FINALLY we got to watch an Academy Awards that didnt whine about the President or the war. The music and dancing and stage presence was reminiscent of Oscars of the past. I enjoyed it even tho the last hour of it I did bounce back in forth between that and the Amazing Race.
HOWEVER
The night would not of been complete with out some whiners. And the pound of Gouda to go with that whine goes to Sean the MILK lover Penn. When actors take on a role some get a little twisted and think they are that person uh Sean in real life your an actor, your not really Harvy Milk, dont be confused, AND don't spread your communist, queer lovin propaganda and ruin the Oscars for the majority of CA that passed Prop 8. My children and grandchildren will be proud of how their family took a stand for what is right and not cow down to the bullies of the opponents of prop 8. It wasnt the Yes on 8 crowd vandalizing, stealing, or parking cars in front of houses against 8 with hate messages like; queers live here, or gay lovers live here, nope all the hate was on the oppositions side. So dont lecture the ones who buy movie tickets, cause this household will no longer buy or see anything with the name Sean Penn attached to it, and if you ever win another Oscar, doubt it, don't preach. Just say thanks.
