Ok, I saw this on the travel channel this weekend.What is this stuff? Ground Liver, this one is called pudding but the show called it Liver Mush. They really celebrate it in certain parts of the country. It gets its own festival and everything. Some eat with mustard, or mayo and mustard. And some put grape jelly on it. It is usually fried in a pan like a hamburger. Having never tried it myself I just cant put a whine on this one, but I will leave this one open for a cheer. But to be honest, Im leaning toward the whine!
